Verified Secure Print Purchase Terms

Verified Secure Print allows eligible recipients of authorized digital credentials ("Credentials") to order printed representations of Credentials issued through Accredible. Verified Secure Print is available only where the third-party entity issuing the applicable Credential ("Credential Issuer") has enabled or authorized such service for that Credential. Verified Secure Print may not be available for all Credentials, products, locations, or recipients. Accredible may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue Verified Secure Print or any product offerings at any time.

All Verified Secure Print products are custom-made based on credential information supplied by the Credential Issuer and the information submitted by you in connection with your order. Because products are manufactured specifically for each order, orders generally cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except as expressly provided in these Terms or the Verified Secure Print Refund & Reprint Policy.

You may place an order only if:

• you are authorized to access the Credential associated with the order;
• the Credential Issuer has enabled Verified Secure Print for that Credential; and
• you provide complete and accurate order and shipping information.

Accredible may refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel an order where necessary to comply with legal, operational, security, fraud-prevention or fulfillment requirements, or if Accredible reasonably believes you are not authorized to order the applicable Credential, including based on information provided by the Credential Issuer. Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Available products may include:

• printed certificates;
• premium paper prints;
• framed certificates;
• box-framed certificates; and
• other Credential-related products offered through Verified Secure Print.

Product availability may vary and may change at any time based on geographic location, shipping destination, fulfillment provider capabilities, inventory availability, legal requirements, and operational considerations. Images, previews, renderings, and product descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, materials, dimensions, framing, finishes, appearance, or packaging.

Printed products are produced using Credential information and designs supplied by the Credential Issuer. Accredible prints Credentials substantially as provided by the Credential Issuer and does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, validity, or authenticity of any Credential information or content.

If you believe a Credential contains inaccurate information, you must contact the Credential Issuer before placing an order. Accredible is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information contained in Credential information supplied by the Credential Issuer. Printed Credentials are intended solely for the personal use of the recipient associated with the Credential and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

By placing an order, you:

• confirm that your order, payment, and shipping information is complete and accurate;
• authorize payment for the order;
• authorize Accredible and its fulfillment providers to manufacture and deliver the ordered products; and
• acknowledge that the order is for a custom-made product.

Once an order enters production, it may no longer be cancelled or modified. Accredible may suspend, cancel, or refuse fulfillment of any order if payment authorization fails, payment is reversed, a chargeback is initiated, or fraudulent activity is suspected. Accredible reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any order if Accredible reasonably believes the order violates applicable law, these Terms, the Credential Issuer restrictions, or operational, security or fraud-prevention requirements.

Prices are displayed at checkout. Pricing may vary based on:

• product type;
• shipping destination;
• shipping method;
• local fulfillment costs;
• taxes;
• currency conversion; and
• other factors.

Prices and product availability may change at any time prior to order acceptance. Accredible acts as merchant of record for purchases made through Verified Secure Print.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Accredible does not store full payment card information.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. By providing a payment method, you authorize Accredible and its payment service providers to charge the payment method for all amounts due in connection with your order. Applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges may be added where required.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or similar fees may be imposed by local authorities. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, you are responsible for such charges. Accredible is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or delivery failures arising from customs reviews, customs clearance procedures, import restrictions, or governmental actions.

Accredible utilizes third-party printing, fulfillment, logistics, and shipping providers. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Accredible may utilize, change, add, or remove fulfillment, printing, logistics, and shipping providers from time to time. Production and delivery times may vary due to fulfillment capacity, carrier operations, customs processing, weather events, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, and other events beyond Accredible's reasonable control. Accredible does not guarantee delivery by any specific date.

The printed Credential is provided for display and reference purposes only and is not intended to serve as a secure, authoritative, or independently verifiable record. The digital Credential maintained by Accredible and/or the Credential Issuer remains the authoritative record of the Credential. Printed products may contain QR codes, verification URLs, identifiers, or other verification tools. Verification should be performed using the associated digital Credential record. If a Credential is revoked, suspended, amended, corrected, expired, or otherwise modified, the printed product may not reflect those changes.

Refunds, reprints, replacements, and claims relating to damaged products, manufacturing defects, lost shipments, delivery issues, and fulfillment issues, or similar order-related matters are governed by the Verified Secure Print Refund & Reprint Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Requests relating to inaccurate credential information must be directed to the Credential Issuer. If Credential Information is corrected, amended, updated, revoked, or otherwise modified after an order is placed or fulfilled, a new order may be required and additional charges may apply.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate order and delivery information. Accredible is not responsible for failed delivery, delivery delays, returned shipments, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a shipment, or other circumstances outside Accredible's reasonable control. Additional fees may apply for reshipment. Risk of loss shall transfer as provided under applicable law.

Credential content, designs, logos, trademarks, names, seals, and other branding elements remain the property of their respective owners. Your purchase of a printed Credential does not grant any ownership or intellectual property rights in such materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accredible's total liability arising out of or relating to a Verified Secure Print order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order. Accredible shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Information processed in connection with Verified Secure Print is handled in accordance with Accredible's Privacy Policy. As described further in the Privacy Policy, in order to process, manufacture, fulfill, and deliver orders, Accredible may share information with:

• payment providers;
• print fulfillment providers;
• logistics providers;
• shipping providers; and
• other service providers involved in fulfilling your order.

Accredible may use information submitted in connection with Verified Secure Print to provide and support the Verified Secure Print services, process and fulfill orders, respond to customer support requests, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Accredible may use your information in an aggregated, de-identified form in order to perform and improve the Verified Secure Print services.

Accredible may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed will govern that order.
