How do I order my printed certificate?
You can order directly from your digital credential page, sign in here. Look for the Order Print or Get Physical Certificate button.
You will be asked to enter your shipping address and payment details before confirming your order.
How much does a physical certificate cost?
The price depends on your delivery country and available fulfilment options.
Your exact price, including printing, packaging, and delivery, will be shown before you confirm your order.
Do you ship to my country?
We support delivery to many countries worldwide. Availability is confirmed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

What is the quality of the printed certificate?
Printed certificates are produced on premium 300gsm machine-coated silk cardstock.
Certificates are typically printed in A4 or US Letter size, depending on your issuer's settings.
They are designed to be a professional physical version of your digital credential, suitable for display or framing.
How can someone verify my physical certificate?
Most printed certificates include a secure QR code.
Scanning the QR code takes the viewer to the digital credential record on Accredible, where they can verify the certificate's authenticity and current status.
Is a QR code more secure than traditional "secure" paper?
A QR code provides a practical way to connect the printed certificate back to the authoritative digital record.
Traditional paper features such as holograms, seals, or watermarks can help make a document look official, but they do not automatically prove that the credential is still valid.
With a QR code, someone can check the credential status directly, including whether it has been updated, expired, or revoked.
Will my certificate show the latest design updates?
Your printed certificate uses the approved design available for your credential at the time of ordering.
If your issuer updates the credential design before you place an order, those changes may be reflected in the printed version.
How is my order shipped?
Your certificate is packed securely to help protect it during delivery and shipped using an available carrier for your destination.
Tracking information is provided where available for your country and shipping method.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and available fulfilment options.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
